Kaldera company d.o.o. was founded in 1991 with the private capital of Mr. Milenko Čičić, who is the owner and sole founder and since then successfully operates as a production and service company in the sectors of electricity and telecommunications, including the conservation of natural resources and pollution prevention. Commitment to quality, complete satisfaction of customers and end-users of products and services, the constant development of new technologies and improvement of existing products and the general goal to be among the leading producers in the Balkans in terms of quality of products and services is confirmed by the fact that Kaldera company d.o.o. certificates ISO 9001: 2008,14001: 2004 and 3834 (welding technology). This commitment is also confirmed by the fact that the world-renowned manufacturer, SIEMENS, recognized the capabilities of Caldera Company and therefore signed a licensed production agreement for the entire product range of primary and secondary medium voltage plant type 8DJH, SIMOSEC and NXPLUSI in June 2011. By signing this agreement, Kaldera company d.o.o becomes the THIRD in the world SIEMENS licensed manufacturer. In addition to cooperation with SIEMENS, Caldera company can boast of successful cooperation with ABB, with which it has implemented a number of large joint projects. In addition, during 2012, Kaldera company managed to start and expand the placement of its existing and new products developed specifically at the request of the customer in the German market, mainly for the automotive industry, but also for the production of modern machine tools, and are already underway. activities for product placement in other European countries and Russia. Kaldera company d.o.o today employs about 130 workers with an average age of 35 years. Numerous highly educated staff through teamwork has led to rich and innovative solutions tailored to customer requirements. We can freely say that today a small number of companies can offer so many quality solutions in one place, given that the production plant is equipped with the latest CNC technology. In its commitment to constantly improve the process of creating modern products, Kaldera company uses licensed EPLAN software to ensure the consistency of project data across all areas and phases of the project and allows seamless integration of engineering into the entire production process. For design and engineering, the engineering team uses 3D modeling in Solid Edge and Solid-Works, thus avoiding manufacturing and assembly errors, so that the revolution of technology has led to the development of a diverse and modern production program.
