The industrial zone can currently be used as a "greenfield" project, with 10 kV transmission lines passing through both locations. Also, local watercourses and main water supply lines flow through both locations, which could be used following the needs. The project is currently underdeveloped because there is no infrastructure within the zone, developed business models by the resources of the municipality of Milici. The zones were established by the decision of the Municipality of Milici and could be offered to interested investors as locations (space for construction). The Municipality of Milici is ready to make a large number of concessions to potential investors (free land, facilities through documentation that are within the competence of the municipality ...), which is most important, we are ready for any kind of compromise and support to interested investors. In addition to the spatial ones, we believe that the location is ideal and that Milici and thus the zones are located on an important transit route only 100 kilometers from Sarajevo, 200 kilometers from Belgrade and Novi Sad. The available workforce is also one of the advantages.
