By the decision of the Government of the Republic of Srpska dated 10.12.2020. the right of ownership and possession of real estate was transferred to the City of Zvornik. It is spread over a unique plot of 6.69 ha and has built infrastructure that needs to be arranged and put into operation. Land and buildings can be purchased or leased from the local government for a period of five years, which can be extended to 10 years after the end of the first year from the start of production, the amount of rent depends on the size of the area that is the subject of the lease and that the rent is lower during the period of preparation for production of no longer than six months, that the investor can be exempted from up to 60 percent of the total rent if he invests his own funds in construction and other works that serve to adapt the building to a general purpose (electricity, water, sewerage), and that priority is given to investors who employ more workers (at least one worker for every 1000m² of occupied space (land), or at least three workers for every 1000m² of occupied functional facilities) and have production intended for export. Currently, two companies are operating in the "Jadar" Business Zone. Other interested investors can be sold or leased other buildings, 16 of them, with a total area of ​​6.69ha of land.
